Solarvest interview questions

Two days in-situ assessment with candidates being observed handling multiple tasks ranging from MCQ test on industry-related policies to goofy VR bomb defusing challenges. The assessments require high commitments, and can be difficult to attend if you are currently employed elsewhere. Despite not outlining the criteria they’re looking for, they decided no one will be hired from that assessment round, after a delay in announcing the result, which gives a bit of a bad taste towards what is really an interesting way of assessing candidates

The interview went well overall — the conversation was smooth, and the HR representative was both friendly and professional. The session provided a good overview of the role; however, I believe I may need additional clarification on certain aspects of the job scope. Understanding the expectations, daily responsibilities, and cross-functional interactions in more detail would help me better assess how I can contribute effectively to the team.
