I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SoftwareOne
Interview
The hiring and interview processes were well defined and efficient. The hiring manager and recruiter were on the same page - they were very clear about what specific skillsets they were looking for. After a pretty thorough preliminary selection process by the recruiter, the hiring manager got involved to interview just 3 candidates.

The recruitment process felt like a seamless blending of business conversations that aligned with my personal objectives and ambitions. What made my experience particularly memorable was the direct contact I had with the hiring manager and company leaders. Their approachability and willingness to engage with me on a personal level immediately gave me the sense that I could exchange ideas, collaborate on projects, and learn from the best in the business.
