had an interview with the talent recruiter and hiring manager, normal chat about experience and skills, wrote directly to both for a feedback after a week, never got a reply.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and things moved along until I had an hour long interview with 2 senior leaders. I was told they would get back to me by the end of the week with feedback and next steps. I never heard another word, despite reaching out numerous times. I was completely ghosted. Terribly unprofessional and dishonest. While I assumed I was no longer candidate I was assured of this when I saw the job posted. The recruiting industry is broken and unprofessional and SoftwareONE is Exhbit A.
It was a great interview with just general questions, nothing too tricky. Just talk about yourself and you will be fine. Had to do a presentation about something I am passionate about
