Very easy, first was a presentation on the company for a short amount of time, then it went straight into the interview. It was primarily focused on the experiences you've had and on the experience they want.

General questions about what is on your resume and what you could bring to the company.

Extremely brief company introduction followed by a lengthy Q&A sesssion full of cliche questions (no in-depth technical discussion or anything).
HR and a person to help with the translation were present. Both did not seem too enthusiastic about the process and it looked like they were just filling some monthly "interview quota" since the very next day I got rejection feedback of "Skills Mismatch".
The person helping with translation, however, was collaborative and happy to answer my questions as well. The HR was just constantly writing something down after asking 3-4 cliche questions "Why you look for job, do you interview with other companies, why Japan".
P.S. Might be worth mentioning that "polite formalities" like introducing themselves or thanking candidate for the time were also skipped and in the end I was asked to "hang up from your side, we (HR and the translator person) need to talk in private".

Video conference with one manager and one guy to help translate
Talking some cliche questions and got rejected because of mismatch skills. What the heck ? A typical Japanese company that manager don’t speak English
