The interview process consisted of two rounds. The discussions were mostly about my previous recruitment experience, sourcing strategies, and how I handle client requirements. After clearing the rounds, I was informed that I had been selected. However, only after the selection stage I was told that the company requires a security deposit from employees, which was not mentioned earlier during the interview process. Later I was also informed they were looking for immediate joiners, even though my joining timeline of around 15 days had already been communicated.
