Applied for Snap-sheet App in June of 2016. The next day I received a call asking if I was still interested in the position. The recruiter asked me why I wanted to quit my job for Snapsheet? What is my current role and duties? What do I know about Auto damage estimating? Basic phone interview questions. When I completed semi phone interview, I was told to take a couple of estimatics tests. The first one gave me around 60 minute but, I didn't need to use all the time. After I completed that test I was given a more advanced test while utilizing the Auto Damage estimating software of my choice which was Audatex. I was given about 90 minutes to complete it. After I completed the second test I was contacted back by the recruiter asking for an in person interview. I went to the interview the same week and was basically interview by 4 people. The recruiter/talent acquisition & 3 managers. The interview was back to back to back to back. After one came another. It wasn't the most professional interview, but I didn't mind it at all. They didn't prepare any questions just questions off the top of their heads. Questions they asked were basically why I wanted to work there & what I did at my current job. Basically getting to know me and at the end of each just throwing some estimatic questions in. The interview lasted for about an hour and a half. They were very informative of the position and kind. If you know the basics about Auto Estimating you shouldn't have a problem with the interview. They seem like they are looking for a quality candidate for the position as oppose to hiring just for numbers. If you know the basics about estimating and pass the interview to receive the position they will more than likely train you on advanced estimating.
