Went into the chat and it was excruciating, interviewer didn’t prepare anything. He had no pitch, just sat there and asked me what I wanted, as if I’m doing them a favor. Finally asked some “interview questions” but at this point it sounded clear that the company and team has no structure or direction (all engineers were reporting to a single product manager until very recently). Got rejected next day via email.
