I was contacted by an external recruiter who arranged an interview with the HR manager. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable, and honest enough to tell me it would not go further due to me having less experience than the other candidates.

Very easy and relaxed. Great experience. Looks like a great place to work and I would have like the opportunity at the time to grow my skills and experience but everything works out the way it was suppose too.
