Interview
The interview process was in 3 steps:
- HR and hiring manager
- Code challenge
- Technical discussion on the challenge
In general the process was not well structured. HR was prepared for questions but the engineering side was not. They seemed arrogant and it felt more as they wanted to prove what they know that to query you on your abilities.
