Received an email with a take home exercise to do. Submitted the exercise and then not long after submitting then received a generic thanks, but no thanks email. What's the point in making people do a take home exercise before even talking to them if you are just going to send a decline??

What KPI's were used in your current and most recent roles to measure success?
Contacted with a homework assignment to be followed by a 2 hour zoom interview . Received a rejection 3 weeks later. Spent 5 hours on the lengthy assignment. I tried to get in touch with the recruiting team to no avail. Rude, clueless people. WARNING; Skillz is asking people to do in-deprh work under the guise of of being a candidate, when really they use your work for their purposes. Per other Glassdoor reviews Skillz is likely to go bankrupt. Execs don’t care, they pulled their millions out.

Interview
A few quick zooms that test skills + an assessment. Tough but fair. The Zooms involve a mixture of scenarios, live demonstration of sourcing skills and resume questions. The whole process was only a few days.
