Very relaxed and easy going. Basically just a conversation. Interviewers were lovely and supportive and didn't ask silly questions. Would reccomend applying to any prospective. Just be aware this is a huge firm.

Interview
Quick and straightforward interview. They did ask some intense questions about my CV and perspectives on certain aspects of the firm. They had a follow up social evening which was a great opportunity to meet the people there and follow up on the interview process.

Various behavioural questions and future goals etc. E.g. what areas am I interested in.
Really friendly and got the feeling they were invested in the process. They hosted a post offer function and everyone was really conversational. Felt at ease and like the process was two ways.
