Interview
The job was essentially tech support, with very minimum QA. The interview was with the Technical Director and Sales Director. In total, it lasted one and a half hours. They asked me a lot of questions about my background and my experience. They were also interested in whether I like gaming, because they needed someone who would be happy with controlling a joystick.
They said that it wouldn't be a problem if my French was weak, because most calls were from clients or service providers in the States or Western Canada. But I was rejected on the basis of my lack of French at the end.
But it was great. The Tech Director and Sales Director were very nice and positive people, and very invested in their company.
