1. They called me in the middle of the day and immediately started asking technical questions over the phone, without first checking if I was available or had time to speak.
2. They later scheduled a Teams interview, but on the day of the interview, they mentioned that the panel was unavailable. After that, they neither rescheduled the interview nor provided any proper follow-up or explanation.
