Phone call interview, scheduling a on-site interview, follow-up interview with the director, contract signing. Overall, great experience, but not really down for negotiation, which is difficult to meet in terms of contract signing.

Interview
The interview is conducted in a board room with managers and leads from different engineering departments including Regulatory, Design, and development. The interview is ultimately structured to get to know you better and determine if you are a good fit. There are manufacturing and test machinery around that you may required to operate and you do a tour of the entire manufacturing facility.
