Interview
I had 3 rounds of interview .
First one was HR round. We discuss my capabilities and skills and how company is doing at that point.
Second was the technical round. Coding skills and design skills were analysed at this point. An assignment was given to further analyse.
Last was the Manager round. I got to meet the manager and get the feedback of my previous rounds and how I could proceed further.

Interview
I had interviews with HR, the Line manager, and the technical session. I am happy to say that the company is interested in broad-minded professionals. Your knowledge and experience is the most important thing. You don't have to know absolutely all things. But you should understand well the common principles in software development.

During the interview, there were questions related to the proposed vacancy to check my technical background. Of course, there were common questions about Java, databases, and software design patterns. But the most interesting questions were about my work experience and projects. Feel free to talk about your specific knowledge and achievements :-) Also, I have time to ask questions to my interviewers.

Interview
Started with 30 mins HR interview, after a few days I received a technical test. If passed, you go to tech interview, then if that's successful, they will get back to you with a job offer. Very transparent process, very straightforward. Pleasantly surprised.
