Interview
A first chat, then a task with a 72h deadline, then a presentation with the Hiring Manager and COO. Process took around 1 month to 1 and a half months.

Interview
Ghosted after in-person presentation, which I paid my own expenses to travel to the office for >1 hour journey.
The process was quite standard - initial call with the hiring manager, 1-1 with the other member of the team, take-home task, in-person presentation and final stage with the founders. After my presentation, they mentioned they'd added a stage to talk with one of their investors.
Communication was fairly slow as they don't use recruiters or have TA in-house. After the in-person presentation, they ghosted me.

Interview
The company doesn’t have an HR department, so the only point of contact is the hiring manager who posted the position. Their response time is incredibly slow— even when a deadline is set, you have to send multiple follow-up emails just to get a reply. They were also 15 minutes late for the interview. Even if you make it to the final round, once you don’t receive an offer, they provide no interview feedback and simply disappear.

One of the interview questions was about methods for collecting and organising data.
