I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Siemens (Lowell, MA) in Feb 2011
Interview
very standard. Was asked the reason why I wanted to work here, how did I hear about it, why I would be a good fit for the position. It helps to know some background of the company, and what they day and offer. I didn't really know about the water technology industry, and how important it is, but once I became acknowledged of it, it helped get the job. The company does a lot to help out the environment, and its always a good selling point to mention some of it during the interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens in Nov 2023
Interview
Typical Interview with the regional manager - discussed past experiences, various customer scenarios and why I wanted to join Siemens. Very good interview and the manager seemed genuinely interested and sincere. Progressed to a third in person and Teams interview with National/Global Manager which also went very well- then, Ghosted despite numerous follow up emails and status requests
