The recruiter’s guidance throughout made the meeting quite enjoyable, and I felt comfortable expressing myself and my qualifications.As the process progressed, the final interview with the director was equally impressive. The director’s approach reflected professionalism and expertise, creating an environment conducive to a meaningful discussion.What stood out the most was the punctual follow-up throughout the entire process. Siemens demonstrated a commitment to transparency and communication, ensuring I was well-informed at every stage. Overall, the recruitment process with Siemens was well-organized, and the team’s dedication to a positive candidate experience was evident.

Was scheduled for a call regarding this position, but then they completely ghosted me. No response to emails or calls. Very unprofessional behaviour, especially since I already arranged to take time off work to accomodate this interview. Have never had that happen to me before. No idea if someone just messed up and I shouldn't have been invited in the first place, if my email perhaps landed in the spam folder or if they found a more suitable candidate and just didn't bother to let the res of us know about it.
