They always ask you to go through the CV, and then will ask you to provide specific examples of Projects you've previously managed.

Vengo contattato dal talent perché a detta loro il mio CV, presente nelle loro banche dati, trova match con la posizione aperta. Mi invitano in questa mail a fare apply. Faccio apply, poi vengo scartato e nemmeno sentito al primo colloquio, ricevo solo una mail automatica di feedback che dice che al momento non vanno avanti cn la mia candidatura.
