Interview by Regional business head followed by HR process.
The main thing will be to pass the interview taken by Regional business head. It will be regarding technical and managerial capabilities and load handling capabilities of the candidate.
If it is cleared the salary negotiation will be done with the HR team.

Ability to handle vendors and multiple customers at same time.
It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.

Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
The first interview was with the Project Supervisor that briefed me on the role. The whole process was smooth, straightforward and professional. I was put at ease through the process
