I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Norcross, GA)
Interview
I was contacted after a university career fair by two ELDP recruiters for an on campus interview.
About two weeks later I was contacted again for a site visit, a group dinner, and day of interviews. Siemens paid for my travel and overnight stay. The dinner was equal parts employees and candidates, and it was very casual. The following day, during the site visit, I performed an observed non-technical group case study with 3 other candidates. I was then interviewed 4 separate times by 4 different managers.
The overall experience was lovely. The manager interviews were very typical behavioral interviews with a couple twists, and all 4 managers had been there for 20+ years. The younger ELDP candidates were extremely warm and very social. Everyone I talked to made great strides to connect with me and learn more about my past experiences.
