At the assessment centre it was a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere beginning with a group exercise, then a tour of the site while others done their presentation and their interview, and then we swapped over. The notification email did say that the format of the day would be dfferent so it is clear that there is no set layout. The interview felt like a general conversation, they read from a booklet and wrote your answers on there.
