I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Siemens (Warwick, West Midlands, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Two half-hour telephone interviews, one just with the hiring manager and the second with an additional interviewer. Very similar range of questions in both.
Then there was an online "Situational Judgement" questionnaire to complete in 40 minutes. The questions were surprisingly basic, in my view, and the results/outcome would not have even been mentioned if I had not asked during face-to-face meeting.
Second round interview was face-to-face, and consisted of two discussions. The first one (1,5hrs) with the same two people as the second phone interview, the next one (almost 2hrs) with a group of three people (potential future peer and two potential future subordinates). The idea was to have a 360° discussion/selection process.
The process felt fair and thorough, very much a "big corporation" approach. It seemed to take a long time - over three months from submitting application to getting feedback/rejection from second interview!
The office environment and people I met were very nice, professional, polished.

Question 1
Each of the two face-to-face discussion started with the question "what do you know about Siemens?".
