The interview was conducted partly in English and partly in German and took about 1 hour. Generally, the atmosphere was very pleasant and not stressful at all. A lot of time was devoted to the introduction of the specific position and of the company itself (so it was no hard interrogation but rather a nice chat). I got feedback approx. 1 week after the interview.

Very friendly and active process. First submitted online application form, and then passed some situational tests. Then they emailed a link to do the video interview. Finally, an invitation to the assessment centre. Four stages in assessment centre, a pre-prepared presentation, a case study, interview and in-tray exercise.
