Applied directly via Siemens website, received an invitation via email about 10 days after applying. The interview date was about 2 and half weeks away which was a little annoying but allowed me to prep and research the company with no pressure. The interview itself was absolutely fine, it was the regional construction manager and another chap who asked me a series of competency based questions, very casual and almost informal, but with structure. I cant really say anything bad about the experience to be honest.
