Initial hiring manager call.
3 weeks passed. Then they flew me out to a location for on site interview and a case study. Bit excessive for the role in my opinion. Ghosted after. A simple no would have been nice but otherwise it was a neutral experience.

After the initial call from the department assistent, 3 rounds of interviews - first with the hiring manager, then 2 rounds with the whole department. Q&A session was in the form of roundtable discussion.
mehrere Gespräche mit unterschiedlichen Personen, die Schnittstellen zur Abteilung bilden. Dabei lief das Gespräch stets auf Augenhöhe und war mehr ein Kennenlernen als ein klassisches Interview. Stressfragen oder die Erzeugung von "Druck" wie man das von früher vielleicht noch kennen mag, waren hier auf gar keinen Fall zu finden. Eine positive, angenehme Atmosphäre
