Round 1 - Initial Screening:
A brief on-call discussion focused on basic screening and role alignment.
Round 2 - Behavioral & Technical Interview:
Evaluation of professional experience, problem-solving approach, and role-specific technical skills.
Round 3 - Take-Home Assignment (only for Roles including design related work):
Applicable for freshers or candidates with 2-3 years of experience. A take-home task is shared to assess practical skills and creative thinking under specified deadline for final few shortlisted candidates. That is, if you reach this stage do your best and then explain in the next round professionally.
Round 4 - Final Interview:
Interaction with the Founder/Owner to assess cultural fit, mindset, and overall suitability for the organisation.
