Very long and tedious. 6 meetings over the course of 4 weeks. Hiring manager was hypocritical. Acknowledged in the very beginning I was slightly overqualified for the role but insisted it was okay and they had hired others who had qualifications above their role. I made it to the finals and they even asked for references only to be turned down for being overqualified. Huge waste of time. Perhaps for the better, from the looks of it, the hiring managers resume, he’s under qualified.
