I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me. First interview was with the HM and they said they had been interviewing many months to find someone who was the perfect fit (red flag). Second interview was with the recruiter to do the Life Story. I wasn't selected and when I repeatedly asked for feedback I was met with no response. I find that to be very unprofessional.
