The Phone Interview was basic. The LifeStory interview was strange, predatory, and felt a little too personal. You go very deep with the recruiter, who by the way, had no previous experience as a recruiter and randomly worked at a music store and seemed very proud of this fact. The recruiter leads you on making you believe that you are a top candidate and you will make it to the next round of the interviews only to receive a cold rejection email. The whole experience of this lifestory is strange, off putting, and straight up predatory. I wouldn’t recommend working here.
