First apply with resume. If you pass, you gotta do an OA (3 questions: 1 C++, 1 Ruby, and 1 in a language of your choice) + IQ test + company fit quiz. If you pass, you get a technical interview, Finally, if you pass, you get a life story interview, and if you pass, you get the offer!
