Stage 1: Recruiter Phone Screen
Duration: 15–20 minutes. A "get to know you" call. They check your interest in the e-commerce space, your notice period, and high-level experience. A casual one.
Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview
Video call interview with the hiring manager over Gmeet.
Questions about how you handle volume and customer complexity. Additionally, architectural or workflow discussions.
Stage 3: Technical / Functional Assessment
I was given a take home exercise and was requested to present something. Typically a case study presentation.
Stage 4: "The Shippster" Values Interview
Cultural fit interview with peers or leaders from different departments.
