Shield GEO interview questions

There were multiple stage in the interview process. The HR and managers were very helpful and friendly. First there was value interview, followed by manager interview and finally technical workshop/test where you get to work on things that you will be doing everyday. It's was mildly difficult but very easy if you get to understand what you need to do. I absolutely enjoyed throughout the process. The people I met during the interview process were very good.

3 interviews via Zoom, all pretty informal but they have a fantastic structure. Initially they do a 'Values' interview which is really about getting to know their perspective candidate. Second was a 'skills' interview where they test your knowledge and give competency scenarios for you to respond to. This is the actual test, they have you complete a two hour test which looks at your abilities to problem solve and attention to detail.
