greeted at the foyer then was taken on a tour of the building, and back rooms of the Sherman, and then an interview in one of the rooms, then a maths and money test at the top floor

Question 1
How would you handle the tills being down and power shutting off at the beginning of a theatre show
Timewasters and with archaic work practices.
Invited to an interview for an admin role only to be formally rejected a few days later and then received another invitation for a second interview once their first candidate reject them for a better offer. The second interview was not advertised anywhere on their application pack, but I decided to attend against my better judgement. Then only to receive the news that I am ably skilled for the job, but did not provide ample experience during the initial interview process?
The team in question is working in the dark ages and the team leader does not believe in remote working, flexitime or upgrading to the latest in project management software such as Slack or Hive. When questioned on aspects of mental health and general inclusivity awareness in the workplace they were sheepish and reluctant to comment.
Massive red flags.
