2. Online tests (Part1-20min; Part2-45 min)
3. E-Tray exercise before the day of interview (In this exercise you will be given a role in the company and documents of certain project. Then you will be receiving a series of mails from different people in the organization or people related to the project. You have to choose the most suitable answer from 5 given options based on the information provided and assuming the role given to you.)
3. Interview (Part 1: Solving a case-30 min for preparation, 45 min discussion on case; Part2:Series of competency based, situational and behavioral questions to be assessed against the CAR criteria)

Question 1
45 minute interview was recorded by the two interviewers.
The questions were mostly personality based and behavioral questions focusing on my Capabilities, Achievements, Relationships. Read more about CAR criteria in their website.

I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality
