Job assessment and then video interview. The Job assessment is just some basic security questions. You are asked to determine what actions you should take when handling company information. You have unlimited attempts for your video interview so it's not hard.
They have an online interview and proficiency test, I failed at either of them, so I could not get to the 2 physical interviews. They asked about my passion and why shell?
After submitting application you are sent a Hireview link with numerical and verbal reasoning questions and ends with 3 video interview questions that are untimed. If successful, you are invited to a virtual case study interview.

Why you want to work for shell and a time when you had a different opinion to someone
