Interview
First needed to upload application files - resume & cover letter & transcripts.Then I took several online tests - personality, situational judgment, and numerical. The tests were tough! Finally, I had a phone interview which lasted 2 hours and followed the STAR format for CAR questions. Then the offer came about a week later.
