Nice online test on Hirevue with great/precise feedback. Waited a while for an invite to the online live interview. Straight into technical questions though questions about the interviewee would have been better at establishing a better atmosphere.
Over all the process was fast and OK

Interview
The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
