The phone was arranged four days in advance by another phone call from the interviewer. During this first initial call, I was asked one "very important question", "What does Shell believe to be most important?". After I answered he gave me the date and time for the phone interview. He stipulated that I must not be driving at the time and that he would prefer that I have a land line if possible. The interview lasted for 35 minutes. The questions were not focused on equipment operations or technical details.
