1) I Applies online and got an email the next day with a few time slots for a week later, 2) A 60 min HR phone interview. You are ranked by certain Shell criteria, 3) After I was successful during the phone interview I was invited for a technical assessment. I chose to do an internship, but a 1 day assessment is possible too.
