Sheldon Bosley Knight interview questions

Teams interview with 2 managers. 1 of whom didn’t bother putting camera on so this made it even more awkward and uncomfortable. Tried my best to impress but apparently they don’t like people with ambition since as soon as I said I’d love to work for them and progress within the mood changed and I was told outright that’s not what they want! Knew there and then I wouldn’t get the job. Rejection email confirmed they weren’t impressed with the fact I was looking at progression since they wanted someone for the job advertised. I’d like to say it was a misunderstanding but to be honest having read other reviews I don’t think it was. Think maybe I dodged a bullet.
