A prescreening email & a follow up with another email with more questions. 20+ years living and working experience in California, and not sure why she kept asking if I had California experience. Then, the Executive Recruiter ghosted me even though I followed up her twice.

What is the size of the largest team that you have had reporting directly to you i.e. direct reports?
What is the size of the largest client group that you served directly?
To clarify have you ever worked in CA or done union avoidance in CA? We have some very unique state and county laws!
