Shaffer & Associates interview questions

After sending in a resume, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire (about 1 week after submit). After completing the questionnaire, an interview will be requested (about another week+ in between). The interview itself was very casual and relaxed, yet difficult questions were not avoided. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience and the interviewers did a great job as ambassadors for the company.

Straight forwarded and structured interviews, very few situational behavior questions. The job does not require much skill but does require a motivated and determined personality, which is what they look for most. It can be boring at times.
