The interview was a typical 2 stage interview with an initial "fit" interview covering experience, CV and an opportunity for both parties to understand if there was a good fit and reason to progress. The 2nd stage was a scenario based session where the team asked me to role play in the role I was applying for based on some requirements. The interview process was enjoyable and whilst the team clearly knew the technology, it didn't feel like they would purposefully try and catch me out but of course they had to do their due diligence to ensure I could be successful in the role.
