Servbank interview questions

After submitting my application, I received an email about a week later, inviting me to set up a phone interview and to complete a cognitive and aptitude test. These tests require careful preparation as they involve material that may not be immediately familiar, focusing heavily on critical thinking skills. Unfortunately, I rushed through them without realizing this aspect. The recruiter did confirm that the results are not used as either pass/fail but do add some context to the applicant's candidacy. Following the tests, I had a phone interview with the recruiter, who was very pleasant and made the process both inviting and welcoming. During our conversation, we discussed the core values and history of Servbank. About a week after our interview, the recruiter contacted me to say she would update me as soon as there were any developments. It's been over a week since that last communication, and I still haven't heard back, so I sent a follow-up message this evening. I am now eagerly awaiting any updates.
