Sertis have 4 step process 1. hr interview ( talk about your experience ) 2. test ( home test about your role is register ) 3. technical interview ( talk about your hard skill ) 4. cultural interview ( talk about your soft skill )

Process took roughly 2 weeks in total. The actual interview was a lengthy 3 hour process consisting of a technical test, interview and logic test. The technical interview was difficult, not so much the questions but finishing all of the questions within the allotted time. Questions were not very clear. Interview questions didn't seem prepared as there were often much pause in-between questions.
