I was interviewed firstly by Peter who was very warm and friendly. He had lots of information about Sensical and gave a thorough insight into the role and how I would fit into the team. There were some technical Qs (as expected with any IT role) and I feel that the interview was conducted very professionally and I was excited to hear back about a potential 2nd interview.
The 2nd interview was with Peter and Stefano. Stefano has been with the company for 10 years. He was full of insights about what to expect and he was keen to emphasise the plans for expansion/growth at Sensical, which really excited me. Again, the interview was very professional and I felt that Sensical offered a really friendly/welcoming environment to work and grow.
I was offered a position but (after much deliberation) sadly declined it for a more suitable offer elsewhere. I would take everything you read on GlassDoor with a pinch of salt. I feel that there is plenty of misinformation on here about the type of company Sensical is. My experience with Peter and Stefano was nothing but positive and I believe both to be really understanding and genuine people.
