Recently, I had a very disappointing experience with Senew Tech's hiring process.
It started with an HR call asking about my experience and expected salary — pretty normal. Then they invited me for an onsite interview, but surprisingly, no one asked anything about my actual skills, portfolio, or experience. The whole focus remained only on salary expectations — as if I was about to join them the very next day without any proper assessment.
Later, they gave me a design task, which I completed sincerely and on time. But when I politely asked for feedback — the HR person simply blocked me. No response. No feedback. Nothing.
When I shared this incident with a friend, he revealed the same happened to him with this company — which clearly shows this isn't a one-time mistake but part of their poor candidate handling culture.
👉 Dear companies:
If you don't intend to hire a candidate, at least don't waste their time and effort. A simple rejection or polite feedback can save a candidate from frustration.
👉 To job seekers:
If you feel something is off from the start — trust your instinct. Your time and talent are valuable.
This was by far my worst interview experience — disappointed by the unprofessional attitude of Senew Tech.
