When I worked there, the interview process was very relaxed. They just wanted to know the experience you have, why that particular job, your availability, the ins and outs of the job, etc.

Interview
Interviewed over the phone. Had very high expectations for a $9/hr pay. Not sure who is going to have all of the experience she wants and is going to accept a $9/hr paycheck. Only hires independent contractors. If you aren't one and don't have a lot of experience at other dog daycare facilities, you don't have a chance. Even if you've had nothing but bulldogs and pitbulls your whole life...and you know exactly how to get the job done. Was told that she would set up a day for me to come in and get a feel for the environment within a week. Never happened.....
Shouldn't get people's hopes up who are trying their hardest to find a job.
