Overall you deal with humans not machine-based code tests. Engineers are willing to spend time interviewing you and doing code review. Positive experience.

As far as I got, one interview with HR, one code discussion and a take home challenge you bring to the office to discuss. It was a bit slow process and I got ghosted for 10 days even after they asked me to join them for a third interview. After those days they rejected me
